Personal TrainingYouth Athletes
Confidence-first training for kids and teens. Safe, coached movement that builds skills, strength, and self-belief, without intimidation or burnout.
We know safety is your #1 priority. It’s ours too. We never load a movement until the technique is clean.

Skill matters, but without a solid foundation (movement quality + strength), young bodies can risk injury.
We build the base: sprint mechanics, jumping/landing, strength training, and coordination, so performance can actually compound.
We assess movement quality, coordination, and current strength levels to identify needs.
We teach the basics: squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, plus sprint, jump, and landing mechanics (goal-dependent)
As competency grows, we increase intensity and complexity to drive real performance gains.
We track what actually moves performance, without overcomplicating:
Movement quality: control, coordination, technique
Age-appropriate, technique-led
Weekly routine, not perfection
Sleep consistency
Problem-solving, perceiving, and using language.
“No coach has ever connected with me as they did. We became friends, not just trainer and client, and their technical knowledge is the best I’ve ever seen. I feel confident we’ll hit my IPPT/NS goals.”
“They worked with my physio to rehab my ACL surgery. We worked on squat mechanics and corrected a big right vs left leg strength imbalance. The coaching is highly technical and detail-driven ... every rep had a purpose.”
“I finally learned how to squat and deadlift properly. I feel so much stronger now.”
We generally train children of any age, but readiness depends on maturity and focus. We’ll assess this during the consultation.
Yes. Supervised strength training is safe and beneficial. We prioritise technique and appropriate loading above all else.
We offer both 1:1 coaching and group bootcamps. Many youth athletes thrive in the small group environment for motivation and fun.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, including warm-up, skill work, strength training, and cooldown.
Absolutely. We build general athleticism (speed, power, strength, and coordination), which translates directly to better performance in any sport.

Give your child the advantage of professional coaching and athletic development.
