How does the 1:1 Coaching Referral Programme work?
- Notify your FitBeat Coach that you have a friend to refer and connect us to them via WhatsApp.
- Your friend creates an account, buys a qualifying package, and enters your code at checkout.
- Once their package is confirmed, you’ll both receive your Referral Reward.
Which packages qualify for referrals?
Your friend must purchase a qualifying 1:1 Coaching package using your referral code. Qualifying packages include: Personal Training – 10 Session Pack & Personal Training – 20 Session Pack
When does referral credit expire?
All earned credits and rewards expire one year from the date of issuance.
Will I be notified about my referral credit?
Yes, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp with your earned credit details.
Can previous customers benefit?
Only new customers can participate. If a friend has an account but hasn’t ordered yet, they can still use your referral link. Note: Applying a different discount code may void the referral credit.
